スーパーサイズ・ミー
今年の１本目（＾０＾）
「スーパーサイズ・ミー」マクドナルドを１日３食１ヶ月間食べ続けたら人間の体はどうなるかを監督のモーガン・スパーロック自身が実験台となり、偏食生活が体にどのような影響を及ぼすのか、またファーストフードや肥満をめぐる社会的背景をも浮き彫りしていくドキュメンタリー。サンダンス映画祭で評判となった。
「マジで痩せなきゃ」っていうのがこの映画を観て率直に思った感想です。肥満気味の自分にはかなりショッキングな映画でした。（泣）
ファーストフードがあんなに恐ろしいものだとは思ってもいなかったです。極端な実験なので体に悪影響がモロに出たのもあるんでしょうけど、医者から本当に生命の危険を訴えられている原因がファーストフードですもんね！！！
アメリカの高校生達の食生活にもビックリしましたし、結構勉強になる映画です。日本の小・中学生の授業でも観てもらいたいですね。
劇場数が少ないのが残念ですが、是非とも沢山の人に観てもらいたいですね。
